Endy Semeleer is a Curaçaoan-Dutch professional kickboxer and former GLORY Welterweight Champion. Nicknamed “Bad News,” he fights at 77 kg (170 lb), stands around 1.80–1.82 m (5 ft 11 in–6 ft), and fights from an orthodox stance. He was born in Curaçao and fights out of the Netherlands.
Semeleer has been successful across several major stages of European kickboxing, winning championships in Enfusion before moving to GLORY Kickboxing and becoming its welterweight world champion. By February 2026, GLORY listed his overall professional record at 40–3 with 18 knockouts.
Semeleer developed into a high-level kickboxer during his teenage years and established himself on the Dutch and European circuits before reaching the major international promotions.
One of his first major tournament achievements came in 2016, when he won the King of the Ring eight-man tournament. His profile increased dramatically the following year when he entered the 2017 Enfusion Abu Dhabi eight-man tournament.
There, Semeleer produced one of the defining early victories of his career by defeating elite Thai striker Superbon Banchamek. Combat Press subsequently recognized the result as its 2017 Upset of the Year.
Semeleer officially signed with GLORY in April 2022. After his originally scheduled debut against Harut Grigorian fell through, he eventually debuted against Shkodran Veseli at GLORY Rivals 2 and won by third-round knockout.
Only two months later, he received an opportunity to fight Alim Nabiev for the vacant GLORY Welterweight Championship at GLORY 82.
Semeleer defeated Nabiev by split decision over five rounds, becoming GLORY Welterweight Champion on 19 November 2022.
Semeleer is primarily a high-output technical kickboxer rather than a fighter dependent on one-shot knockout power.
GLORY's official statistics list Semeleer at approximately 7.61 landed strikes per minute, with 44.39% striking accuracy and a 10:3 knockdown ratio.
His 18 knockouts in 40 victories also show that he carries meaningful finishing power, even though decision victories make up a substantial portion of his elite-level résumé.
Semeleer's career is notable for sustained success across several stages of elite kickboxing. Before reaching GLORY, he had already won an eight-man tournament and three Enfusion world championships at different weights. He then translated that success into a GLORY world championship and three defenses.
Even after losing his championship and suffering consecutive defeats in 2024, he rebuilt quickly, winning four straight fights and capturing the 2025 GLORY Welterweight Tournament.

His career includes three Enfusion world championships, the GLORY Welterweight Championship, three successful GLORY title defenses and the 2025 GLORY Welterweight Tournament crown.
By February 2026, Semeleer held an outstanding 40–3 professional record with 18 knockouts, with notable victories over fighters such as Superbon, Murthel Groenhart, Alim Nabiev and Jay Overmeer. After losing his GLORY belt to Chico Kwasi and then falling to Tyjani Beztati, his subsequent four-fight winning streak showed that “Bad News” remained firmly among the elite at 77 kg.
