The 3-Headed Monsters stand as a formidable force in the BIG3, boasting a remarkable record of consistency. While they have yet to secure the coveted League Championship, their presence in the semifinals every season and appearances in the Finals in 2017 and 2021 exemplify their unwavering determination. Regrettably, Trilogy emerged victorious in both championship clashes. In a devastating blow, the 3-Headed Monsters experienced a heart-wrenching 51-49 defeat against Power in the 2022 Semifinals.

Undeterred by significant roster and coaching changes in 2022, the 3-Headed Monsters confronted the challenge head-on, demonstrating their resilience. Even without the towering presence of Reggie Evans, one of the league's greatest players, they maintained their position at the forefront. Much of their success can be attributed to the meteoric rise of Kevin Murphy, who built upon his Rookie of the Year accolade in 2021, dominating the 2022 season and earning the esteemed title of BIG3 MVP.

The absence of Reggie Evans, a rebounding virtuoso and all-around star, left a void in the team's lineup throughout the 2022 campaign.

Anticipation runs high as Evans prepares to make his triumphant return—a comeback that promises to make an indelible impact. Furthermore, the 3-Headed Monsters have enriched their roster with the addition of promising BIG3 rookies Jordan Adams and Robert Dozier. The collective impact of these talented newcomers remains an intriguing prospect.

The coaching dynamics witnessed a significant shift as well. Gary Payton, who had commanded the 3-Headed Monsters since the league's inception, embarked on a new coaching venture with Bivouac in 2022. Consequently, Reggie Theus, formerly at the helm of Bivouac, assumed the role of head coach for the 3-Headed Monsters. Flourishing in his new position, Theus showcased his coaching prowess, deservedly earning the accolade of 2022 BIG3 Coach of the Year.

As the 3-Headed Monsters set their sights on the championship, their unwavering performance, adaptability in the face of change, and the imminent return of Reggie Evans augur well for their aspirations. With a revamped roster and a talented coaching staff led by Coach of the Year Reggie Theus, the team stands poised to leave an indelible mark in the forthcoming BIG3 season. Stay tuned as the 3-Headed Monsters unleash their unwavering resolve, striving to seize the ultimate prize—a triumphant BIG3 League Championship.
