Following a lackluster 2021 season, Power underwent a strategic overhaul of their roster for the 2022 campaign, a decision that paid off tremendously under the guidance of Head Coach Nancy Lieberman. After missing the playoffs the previous year, Power roared back, earning a coveted spot in the BIG3 Championship Game, ultimately falling to Trilogy in a hard-fought battle.

Led by returning Captain Cuttino Mobley and Co-Captain Royce White, Power's arsenal was bolstered by the addition of Glen Rice Jr., the top pick in the 2022 BIG3 draft. Rice Jr. swiftly established himself as one of the league's premier scorers, capturing the coveted Rookie of the Year Award. Additionally, Coach Lieberman's son showcased his versatility, hustle, and playmaking prowess, making an immediate impact on the team.

During the offseason, Power made a single adjustment to their roster, replacing Nikoloz Tskitishvili with Akil Mitchell. With Mitchell's exceptional skills around the rim and the team's proficient passers, the move holds great promise on paper, enhancing Power's potential.

Power delivered a stellar performance last year, but Coach Lieberman's relentless competitive spirit and previous BIG3 Championship triumphs leave no room for complacency. Rest assured, she will stop at nothing until Power reclaims the coveted BIG3 Title.

Watch closely as Power, armed with their revamped roster and championship aspirations, unleash their full force on the court. With a stellar cast of players and a determined leader at the helm, Power sets their sights on securing another prestigious BIG3 Championship.
