The 2026 season of The Hundred represents a major strategic shift. Following a wave of privatization and investment, three prominent franchises have rebranded:

Oval Invincibles have transitioned into MI London under the umbrella of the Mumbai Indians group.

Northern Superchargers are now known as Sunrisers Leeds, backed by the Sunrisers franchise.
