2026 NHRL Open World Championship: Qualifier Round 5 - KO Show
The National Havoc Robot League (NHRL), the world's premier combat robotics organization, returns to its purpose-built battleground for a full day of sparks, shattered armor, and mechanical destruction: Qualifier Round 5.
Emanating live from the House of Havoc in Norwalk, Connecticut, this fifth Open event of the 2026 season serves as a high-stakes proving ground. Hundreds of the most brilliant builders and dangerous combat robots on the planet will square off across three fierce weight classes: 3lb (Beetleweight), 12lb (Hobbyweight), and 30lb (Featherweight). Armed with high-speed kinetic spinners, devastating flippers, and crushing axes, these bots are fighting for more than just survival.
The stakes at Qualifier 5 are multi-layered:
The Golden Dumpster: Competitors are fighting for the iconic tournament trophy and thousands of dollars in cash prizes.
The 2026 Pro Tour: Top finishers who advance to the quarterfinals earn an elite, exclusive invitation to compete in NHRL's brand-new, high-stakes Pro Tour stages.
The World Championships: Making it to the Final Four (Semifinals) automatically punches a bot's ticket directly to the prestigious end-of-year NHRL Open World Championships in December.
The event features a unique dual-format schedule. The relentless preliminary and qualifying stages pack the cages all morning and afternoon. Everything then culminates in the premier "KO Show" (Prime Time Show), where the top surviving bots enter a single-elimination bracket from the Quarterfinals down to the Finals to crown the definitive Round 5 Champions.
