An experimental non-narrative documentary giving a unique inside look at the training methods of the Thai national combat sport of Muay Thai. Also known as the "Art of 8 Limbs".
Muay Thai is widely regarded as the most effective discipline of striking and standup combat, utilizing punches, kicks, knees, elbows and clinching techniques. It is trained in general by all mixed martial artists and UFC fighters world wide.
Filmed on location at the Team Quest Thailand MMA gym in the Thai city of Chiang Mai.
